It really frustrates me when Internet companies insist on calling you by phone. I'm using the Internet, contact me by email. Email allows me to respond in my own time, give the correspondence the amount of time it requires and I can do it when I am in the right frame of mind. You can't do that with a phonecall, and what it means is that if you do phone me then I am most likely at work - meaning I can't answer your called - or if I'm able to take the call you have probably interrupted me doing something important. Unless my hair is on fire then whatever you are phoning me about can wait 5 minutes. It doesn't have to be dealt with RIGHT NOW.
