When you are a developer working in a company that is primarily not an IT related business it is always assumed that when people suffer computer problems that you will sort them out, despite the fact it's nothing to do with your job. While it's understandable that when a computer has smoke bellowing out of it, or has become self aware - it becomes really frustrating when you are constantly pulled away from your work to deal with really trivial problems.
