“Once Saddam’s evil tyrannical nasty totalitarian wicked dictatorial immoral regime has been toppled we shall use our influence to use Iraq as an example to the rest of the Middle East.

“We shall share our knowledge with the Arabs. We shall give technology, such as the wheel. And we shall show them how to notate their verbal language into a coherent written form. We shall show them how to build houses rather than relying on nature to provide them with natural shelter.

“But most important we shall ensure that we liberate them from that most dangerous resource oil. Whilst Western Nations such as ourselves and our good friends the United Kingdom are aware of the dangers we are also experienced and know how to deal with them. Once the Middle East is able to deal with it themselves we will not hesitate to return control of this resource to them.”
